Children’s menus are available at  restaurants and snack bars, allowing young guests to enjoy tasty favourites made with fresh produce full of wholesome goodness. All suites and villas offer a full range of kids’ toiletries, mini bathrobes slippers. In addition, all have baby/children accessories (bottle warmer/sterilizer, kettle, baby bath, high chair, food set, etc. on request).

Our concierge services extend to fulfilling every desire of our guests, not only during their stay at Nana Princess but from their arrival in Crete, with airport and port transfers by luxury car or private Mercedes taxi, with a luxury mini bus plus driver available for larger groups. Guests can arrange to have use of a limousine or charter a private luxury crewed yacht in order to make their stay even more special, while helicopter services can also be arranged. Every desire can be fulfilled by our excellent guest relations team, who will give their personal attention to each request in order to provide tailor-made services for the guest’s ultimate satisfaction. Should guests desire, a ‘Non Disclosure Agreement’ is available, upon request. Villa residents should also note that the in-room dining experience can be provided upon request, with a personal cook available to satisfy their every preference and taste.
