On 7 September, the grand finale 2024 of our ‘Nights of Gastronomy’ 2024 series took place with William Mahi, the Michelin-starred chef of Jing Restaurant at The Peninsula Beijing, and our esteemed Nana Princess Hotel chef Kostas Karapanagiotis.
Chef William Mahi is known for his culinary artistry, using the finest ingredients and taking inspiration from nature. Chef Mahi had put together a special menu for an unforgettable evening.

Chef Francesco Vincenzi, the esteemed executive chef of Franceschetta 58, a distinguished Italian bistro within the prestigious Francescana group joined our team at Eternal Blue Restaurant for an unforgettable evening of exceptional flavors and culinary artistry.

We had the pleasure of hosting the second event as part of our esteemed "Nights of Gastronomy" series, which took place on July 15th, 2024.
This remarkable evening showcased the culinary brilliance of Thomas Bühner, a Michelin three-star chef celebrated for his exceptional contributions to some of the world's most prestigious dining establishments.
He was accompanied by Greece's Michelin-starred Pavlos Kyriakis, whose extraordinary talent had earned him international recognition.
Together, these two master chefs created a sensational menu, delivering an unforgettable experience of exquisite flavors and unmatched dining.
On July 2nd the 1st "Nights of Gastronomy" in 2024 took place at Eternal Blue Restaurant.
This exclusive event featured the distinguished Chef Grigoris Kikis from the acclaimed Hervé Restaurant in Athens. Chef Kikis, a Michelin Star awardee, is renowned for his unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. As the Chef de Cuisine and Co-Owner, he has transformed the Athens dining scene with his innovative approach and relentless drive.
Chef Kikis personally crafted the menu for the opening evening and did not promise too much, it was an unforgettable gastronomic experience with creations by a true culinary master. An evening full of exceptional flavours and artistry.
The 3rd event in the season 2023 of our "Nights of Gastronomy" was also a great success and a culinary extravaganza. Renowned chef Stelios Sakalis showed off his skills at the Nana Princess. Chef Sakalis' culinary journey has taken him through some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, where he has received much acclaim for his exceptional talent in creating outstanding dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
Recently, Chef Sakalis reached an important milestone by receiving his first Michelin star. His culinary adventure was further enriched by the opening of his own Michelin-starred restaurant, Il Pievano, in the picturesque village of Gaiole in Chianti.
Chef Sakalis' tireless dedication to his art is evident in the various culinary stages of his career where he has impressively demonstrated his talent. These include renowned establishments such as the Trianon Palace in Paris, Perbellini in Verona, Fat Duck Blumenthal in London and even a collaboration with legendary chef Gordon Ramsay, where he has already shone.
In his cuisine, he skilfully combines classic Italian and Greek influences with modern techniques, resulting in a symphony of innovative and delicious dishes.
At our second event in 2023 we gave a warm welcome to Chef Pavlos Kiriakis at Nana Princess.
With an impressive culinary journey in some of the world's finest dining establishments, Chef Kiriakis is renowned for his expertise in elevating local produce to create exceptional dishes. Chef Pavlos Kiriakis has honed his craft at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants in Greece (Spondi), Spain (Azurmendi), and San Francisco (Benu). His culinary prowess has earned him the esteemed Toque D'or Award multiple times. He currently leads a team of talented chefs at The Zillers Roof Garden Restaurant, a culinary gem in the vibrant heart of Athens.
Notably, Chef Kiriakis was awarded his first Michelin star, a significant milestone that will be featured in the upcoming 2022 Michelin Guide for Greece.
At our first "Nights of Gastronomy" event on August 7th 2023, we had the extraordinary honour of welcoming the Executive Chef of Pied à Terre in London, Asimakis Chaniotis. In 2018, he was awarded his first Michelin star at the age of just 28. As the first Greek to receive this prestigious award outside of his home country, as well as being the youngest Michelin-starred chef in London, his career is impressive.
Pied à Terre is the longest independently run restaurant with a Michelin star in London and the entire UK.
